This is a facility allowing for the reduction of customs duties. The documents to be provided to obtain the said certificate are :<\/p><ul><li>Application addressed to H.E. the Ambassador<\/li><li>List of personal belongings signed on the left<\/li><li>Photocopy of diploma or attestations of studies in the area of jurisdiction (obtained within the last two years)<\/li><li>Photocopy of the attestation of training for State personnel<\/li><li>Photocopy of vehicle registration cards<\/li><li>Photocopy of the applicant&#8217;s passport<\/li><li>Copy of the consular card<\/li><\/ul><div><p><b>N.B.<\/b><\/p><ul><li>Indicate the number of each type of device<\/li><li>For each type of device, not more than two (2) items;\u00a0<\/li><li>Number of vehicles allowed :\u00a0<\/li><li>01 for students<\/li><li>02 for state personnel<\/li><li>Indicate the mark of the vehicle.<\/li><li>Enclose a stamped envelope bearing the applicant&#8217;s address for the attestation to be sent.<\/li><li>(Fee : 10 EUR)<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2213\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Attestations of an academic nature<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2213\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2213\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>Academic attestations are issued by the Cultural Service of the Embassy of Cameroon in West Germany. To obtain an academic attestation, please submit the following documents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Written request addressed to H.E. the Ambassador<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of your passport and residence permit<\/li>\n<li>(Fee: 10 EUR)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Academic attestations are issued within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the complete file.<br>It is not necessary to be present at the Embassy. Please enclose a <b>self-addressed stamped envelope <\/b>with your application or give a<b> signed and legalised proxy<\/b> to a third party.<br>.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2214\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Diplomas<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2214\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2214\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>If you have Cameroonian diplomas of which you would like to make certified true photocopies, please provide the following documents:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Request addressed to H.E. the Ambassador<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of the diploma to be certified<\/li>\n<li>Original of the diploma to be certified<\/li>\n<li>Photocopy of your passport or residence permit in the host country<\/li>\n<li>Fee: ten euros (10 EUR) per documentt<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Your presence at the Embassy is not necessary. In case you are not physically present at the Embassy, you should enclose a<b> self-addressed stamped envelope<\/b> or give a<b> signed and legalised proxy<\/b> to a third party.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-tab-title elementor-tab-mobile-title\" aria-selected=\"false\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tab\" tabindex=\"-1\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2215\" aria-expanded=\"false\">Forwarding of the request for original diplomas<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2215\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2215\" tabindex=\"0\" hidden=\"hidden\"><p>It is done ONLY in Cameroon. The originals of your documents will be sent to the Embassy by the competent services. The Embassy will inform you by e-mail when your documents arrive (please provide an e-mail address when submitting your application for transmission of documents in Cameroon).<br \/>Please present yourself PERSONALLY at the Embassy to collect your original documents.
