He has occupied various functions in the central services in the Ministry of External Relations before being appointed to Diplomatic missions in Beijing, Ottowa, New York and Berlin.<\/p><p>A book of condolences will be opened at the Embassy from Monday, May 22, 2023 to honour the memory of this valuable compatriot.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
