Mr. NDOCKI Victor, Ambassador of Cameroon to Germany, accompanied by his colleagues, and a delegation from WORLDWIDE HOSPITALS (WWH) based in Hamburg, Germany, led by our compatriot, Professor Maurice KAMGA, Judge at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea in Hamburg and promoter of HITAS University in Douala.<\/p><p>The purpose of the meeting was for the guests to present prospects for
