TRANSCRIPTION OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
Documents to be provided:
- A filled form.
- Two (2) photocopies of the child’s foreign birth certificate (Documents not written in French or English must be accompanied by an official translation into one of these two languages).
- Photocopies of the parents’ passports (If the parents are not Cameroonian, attach a document certifying that at least one of the parents was Cameroonian at the child’s birth).
- Photocopy of the parents’ marriage certificate (if applicable).
- Photocopy of the parents’ birth certificates
- Fees: 35 euros
- A stamped, self-addressed A5 envelope.
Duration of the procedure: 1 month
