Mr. Jean Bela ANDELA, Urban Engineer, in charge of spatial planning and management of industrial and commercial zones of the Marzahn-Hellersdorf Urban Council in Berlin.

He requested the support of the Embassy to introduce him to the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure for an institutional support, within the framework of his activities as General Manager of the Company Jean Bela et Petits Fils Sarl, Tourism Agency.
