The Ambassador of the Republic of Cameroon to the Federal Republic of Germany regrets to announce the death of His Excellency Jean-Marc MPAY, former Ambassador of Cameroon to Germany, on Saturday 13 May 2023 in Yaounde.

A seasoned civil servant, Ambassador Jean-Marc MPAY has served in Cameroonian diplomacy in various capacities for nearly 50 years. He has occupied various functions in the central services in the Ministry of External Relations before being appointed to Diplomatic missions in Beijing, Ottowa, New York and Berlin.

A book of condolences will be opened at the Embassy from Monday, May 22, 2023 to honour the memory of this valuable compatriot.
