It was with great satisfaction that HEM NDOCKI Victor, Cameroon’s Ambassador in Germany attended the closing ceremony and the awarding of the diplomas of the 46th training course for German-speaking diplomats which took place in Berlin from 23 January to 17 February 2023.
The said course was attended by 18 diplomats from several countries including Cameroon, validly represented by Mrs. Gaël Cécile BEKONO MBOKE EPSE AMBASSA, on duty at the Ministry of External Relations who is returning to her country, satisfied with the knowledge acquired, especially in negotiation techniques, mediation and media training.
