CAMEROON AND CAMEROONIAN CULTURE IN THE SPOTLIGHT DURING THE CELEBRATION OF THE 54TH EDITION OF THE NATIONAL DAY OF 20 MAY 2026 IN BERLIN

The Embassy of Cameroon in Berlin celebrated the 54th edition of Cameroon’s National Day on Saturday, 23 May 2026, at 3 p.m., at the JW Marriott Hotel in Berlin.

In an atmosphere marked by solemnity and conviviality, the ceremony brought together, around H.E. Victor NDOCKI, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Cameroon to the Federal Republic of Germany, and his spouse, various Cameroonians from the diaspora, Ambassadors and members of the diplomatic corps, friends of Cameroon, and other distinguished guests. The event featured three main highlights: the military honour ceremony for the flag, the address by H.E. the Ambassador, and a convivial moment during which guests were able to discover and appreciate the richness and flavours of Cameroonian gastronomy.

Through this event, the Diplomatic Mission reaffirmed its commitment to the values of national unity, the promotion of Cameroon’s image, and the cooperation between Cameroon and Germany.
