COURTESY VISIT TO BERLIN: THE DIBOMBARI (MOUNGO) DIASPORA SEEKING PARTNERSHIPS WITH GERMAN MUNICIPALITIES

On April 15, 2026, H.E. Victor Ndocki, Cameroon’s Ambassador to Berlin, surrounded by his collaborators, received a delegation from Cameroon – specifically from the Dibombari Subdivision, Moungo Department, Littoral Region – in the Embassy’s meeting room as part of a courtesy and working visit.

The delegation included Mr. Justin Bejedi, Mayor of the Dibombari Commune; HM Essawe Njoke, Senior Chief of Bakoko in Moungo; HM Dibanda Mingole, Chief of the Bomono Ba Mbengue Grouping; and HM Ekwa Bebey, Chief of Bossedi Village.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, the discussions focused on seeking partnerships with German municipalities, decentralization, and the impact of traditional authorities within the community.
